Prices listed are for single family residential real estate in the Minneapolis metro area only.  There will be a $40.00 trip charge for homes outside service area (see contact page).  For all other areas outside 40 miles of Minneapolis please inquire about mileage and trip charges.  All prices are subject to Minnesota sales tax of 6.875%.  Prices effective 01-2017 and are subject to change without notice.
